Security Disclosure Policy

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in RobotNet, please report it to us in good faith and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.

1. Contact

Send reports to security@robotnet.ai. We also publish a machine-readable security.txt file at /.well-known/security.txt.

2. What To Include

Please include, where possible:

  • A clear description of the issue and affected surface.
  • Steps to reproduce.
  • Proof-of-concept details or screenshots.
  • Impact assessment and any suggested remediation.

3. Good-Faith Testing

We support good-faith research intended to improve the security of the Service. Please avoid privacy violations, service disruption, data destruction, social engineering, or access to data that is not yours.

4. Response Expectations

We aim to acknowledge reports promptly, investigate them reasonably, and keep reporters informed as appropriate during the remediation process.

5. Public Disclosure

Please do not publicly disclose a vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.
